1. Q. Why should I buy WebWatcher?
A. WebWatcher is the most powerful monitoring software available.
All our tools are intelligently designed to be both effective and

you remotely monitor computers without having to physically access
the target computer. Our web based interface is user-friendly and
can be conveniently accessed from any computer in the world with

2. Q. How do I access the recorded information?
A. Just login to your secure online account with your username and
password and you'll see all your data. As the only web based
monitoring program available, we use 128-bit encryption
guaranteeing the safety and security of your information.

A. Yes, WebWatcher records all emails, IMs, websites visited, and
anything typed.

4. Q. Does it take a lot of time to monitor a
computer?
A. No. Once WebWatcher is installed, it records automatically.
Also, our Content Filtering makes accessing your data easy. You
can sort, filter and organize your data so that you can find
what's important without spending a lot of time searching through
files.

5. Q. How will I know that WebWatcher is really
working?
A. Just login to your secure online account to see the recorded
data. Or you can enter the hotkey sequence on the monitored
computer to view the WebWatcher status panel.

6. Q. Is WebWatcher compatible with my computer?
A. WebWatcher is PC compatible (Windows 2000, XP, Vista and Win7
on both 32 and 64 bit platforms.), but isn't compatible with Mac.

7. Q. Do I install WebWatcher on my computer or on
the computer I want to monitor?
A. The Setup Wizard can be installed on any computer, but the
monitoring software must be installed on the computer you wish to
monitor.

8. Q. How do I install WebWatcher?
A. After you complete your purchase, you'll receive an email with
a link to the Setup Wizard. Just follow the easy onscreen
directions. Once the Setup Wizard is complete, you'll receive a
link to download the actual software. Remember, the Setup Wizard
can be completed from any computer, but the software itself has to
be installed on the computer you wish to monitor.

9. Q. Q. Do I have to use the same computer to
access the recorded information?
A. No. Once the software is installed on the computer you wish to
monitor, you can view the data from any computer in the world with
Internet access. For example, one day you can monitor from the
office, the next day from home, and if you're out of town during
the weekend, you can monitor from a hotel computer. It doesn't
matter what computer you use to monitor from, since you can access
your data online.

10. Q. Is WebWatcher invisible?
A. Absolutely! By design, WebWatcher is completely invisible.
Originally designed to meet the exacting standards of the
world’s intelligence community, WebWatcher is automatically
hidden from everyone except the people authorized to see it. It
does not appear in the Registry, the Process List, the System
Tray, the Task Manager, on the Desktop, or in Add/Remove programs.
There aren’t even any visible files on the computer..

11. Q. Does WebWatcher email me reports?
A. No. Email isn't secure for transmitting information. Any
program that emails your data puts your private information at
serious risk. WebWatcher offers the only web based monitoring
system of its kind. We use 128-bit encryption to ensure the
highest level of data security.

12. Q. How do I retrieve the information that
WebWatcher has recorded?
A. Just log into our secure web based interface from any computer
in the world with a standard web browser. Visit our demo to see
actual screenshots of the program.

13. Q. Does WebWatcher work on a laptop?
A. Yes. WebWatcher will record computer activities and upload the
data to your account when the monitored computer is reconnected to
the Internet.

14. Q. Can WebWatcher block websites?
A. Yes. WebWatcher can both block websites and record websites.
When it encounters an Alert Word on a site, it can block that page
or take a screenshot for later review. You can also block specific
URL addresses.

A. Yes. WebWatcher records emails and you'll be able to see the
subject of the email, who sent it, who received it, the time and
date email is sent and received, the contents and any attachments.
Our email recorder is compatible with all of the most popular
email programs including web based email.

A. Yes. WebWatcher records instant messages. Our software is
compatible with all of the most popular instant message programs
including AOL Instant Messenger (AIM), MSN Messenger, Windows
